Biography
Kathleen M. Theurer is our associate with the Law Firm of Carolann M. Aschoff, P.C. She has been an attorney since 2004. Kathleen M. Theurer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and Law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law-Newark. Following law school graduation, she was an associate with the law firm of Willis & Young, where she began her career representing clients in criminal matters. In 2005, she became associated with the Law Office of Paul Condon. In 2014, the Condon & Theurer law firm was formed. In 2018, Kathleen formed the Law Office of Kathleen Theurer, where she provides representation to clients in criminal defense and family matters. In 2011, Mrs. Theurer began serving as municipal public defender for the City of Hoboken. Since 2017, she has served as chief public defender for the City. Kathleen also serves on the Board of Adjustment and Planning Board for the Township of Rockaway.
