Our Experience And Dedication To Family Law

The founder of our firm, Carolann M. Aschoff, brings over 30 years of experience running her family law offices in Jersey City, West Caldwell and Bayonne.

Ms. Aschoff’s dedication to this practice area has not gone unnoticed by her peers. In 2002, she was recognized as Matrimonial Attorney of the Year by the Hudson County Bar Association. She has been the chair of the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Committee for over 20 years, which is a New Jersey Supreme Court mandated program. She is also a chair of the Early Settlement Panel Statewide Organization and former chair of the Family Law Committee of the Hudson County Bar Association.

She is also certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial attorney. There are less than 150 attorneys in the state that carry this certification. Additionally, she serves as a court-appointed family law mediator.
